Kindness Champions is about celebrating every individual to see their unique remarkable awesomeness by being kind to themselves and others.

You are loved  massively, ferociously, unconditionally and the universe is freaking out at how awesome you are.”   Jen Sincero

Being a person in today’s world can be tough. Too often, too much, we are quick to criticize and judge who we are. Too often, too much, we are quick to criticize and judge others.

When you change the inner critic in your head to one of kindness and compassion in how you talk to yourself activates new neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. This is called neuroplasticity. You can fake it until you believe it. You can change your self image. When you show kindness and compassion to others you let them know that love still exists. The Mayo Clinic reports that “kindness has been shown to increase self-esteem, empathy and compassion, and improve mood” for the people doing the act of kindness.

This quote by an unknown individual says it all:

When we seek to discover the best in others, we somehow bring out the best in ourselves.”

Thank you for being you and bringing your awesome to the world.
